• Troubleshoot and identify the cause of the problem
• Discuss an action plan and provide professional advice on what steps are required to repair or restore the system back to original working condition.
• If you choose to authorize DHE to fix the problem with your system, you can upgrade to one of our standard service packages below without incurring the initial basic assessment charge.

Premium Services - In-Shop $99/On-Site $119 Per Hour

• Spyware, Malware and Virus removal
• Up to 1 Hour of Service Provided by a Certified DHE Technician ( Denver Metro Area Only) * Other Locations may cost more, Additional Time may be required to complete service request
